Use My focus

Open My focus for accessible assigned work, requested reviews, blockers and stale work. These sections are task-oriented entry points rather than a replacement for a saved query or complete audit history.

Inspect old work with its assignee and dependencies before changing priority. A stale update date can indicate a forgotten item, a waiting decision or work that needs a clearer status.

Current mention locations

The Mentions box lists saved locations where you are currently mentioned: a ticket description/acceptance field, comment, release description/notes or sprint goal. Each row identifies its source, field/comment, short plain-text snippet and latest saved date.

Open a row to reach and highlight that exact location. Sign-in preserves the destination when you still have access. The first ten locations appear initially; use Load more and the total count for older locations. Repeated references in one field create one row per recipient, not one row for each occurrence.

Removing a mention removes its current location. Revoked access removes it from your view. Renamed people resolve using accessible current names; unavailable identities use a generic label. This list differs from historical Inbox events.

Inbox and email

Inbox contains eligible assignment, mention, review and watched-ticket notifications. Open a notification to follow its secure destination. History can remain after the source's content changes; the current-mentions list reflects what remains saved now.

Configure email delivery through personal preferences. Delivery rechecks source access and uses the administrator-connected Gmail sender where configured. Ordinary Google login does not authorize Gmail. Notifications can fail or wait because of sender reconnection, provider rate limits or configured budgets.

Retained mentions do not notify on every save. New saved mentions notify eligible recipients; self-mentions, drafts, imports, migrations and restoration do not. Attachment housekeeping does not generate extra notification emails.

Reviews and watched work

Review requests identify a person asked to review a ticket. Complete the request when the review is done; a comment alone need not satisfy a workflow's completed-review condition. A request also does not grant access to a private project.

Watch a ticket when you need its change notifications, and remove the watch when no longer useful. Watching is separate from assignment, favourites and mentions. All delivery still follows access and preferences.

Diagnose a missing item

Confirm the source still contains the mention, you can read it, and it was saved successfully. For an email, also check preferences and administrator-visible delivery failures. Do not re-add a mention repeatedly simply to force delivery; inspect the underlying issue first.
